1. Purpose of the Service

These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the HOUNDIX platform (hereinafter, "the Platform"), owned by NOSSAYU SL (CIF: B66797952), with registered office at Paseo de la Castellana 216 PL8, 28046 Madrid (hereinafter, "the Company"), operating the HOUNDIX platform. The Platform offers real estate market data analysis services using artificial intelligence algorithms, providing indicative information about investment opportunities. HOUNDIX does not act as a real estate broker, financial advisor, or property agent. All information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.

2. Access and Registration

To access the Platform's services, users must create an account providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out under their account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

3. Terms of Use

Users agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. The following is prohibited: (a) reproducing, distributing, or publicly communicating Platform content without authorization; (b) using automated systems to extract data (scraping); (c) attempting to access restricted areas of the system; (d) using information obtained for illegal purposes or against good faith.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium services are subject to payment of the fees in effect at any given time. Payments are processed through Stripe, in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled by the user in advance. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including algorithms, design, source code, databases, trademarks, and logos, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Market data displayed comes from third-party sources and is presented under license. Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights over Platform content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Information provided by the Platform is indicative and does not guarantee investment results. The Company shall not be liable for: (a) investment decisions made by users based on Platform information; (b) the accuracy or completeness of data provided by external sources; (c) service interruptions due to technical causes or force majeure; (d) indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits.

7. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, notifying users with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Platform after modification implies acceptance of the new terms.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of the Company's registered office, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
